I have always loved Fall! Even though the trees are starting to drop their leaves, I have always felt invigorated by the cool air and the impending splash of color about to fall on our area. It was so nice to grab my camera and head on over to the Celery Farm in Allendale for a hike around the lake. Hurricane Irene definitely left her mark but the reserve is beautifully maintained by the Fyke Nature Association. There are so many beautiful retreats in our area, I encourage you to pick up your own cameras and head out over the next couple of weeks to enjoy Mother Nature’s show.
